Privacy notice

Kratt Ventures Limited ("KRATT", "we") is a New Zealand company. We handle personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. This notice covers this website only.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect:

• your name, organisation and work email address;
• your phone number, if you choose to give it;
• the type of help you are looking for and your message;
• for research enquiries, any optional details you give about outcomes, previous attempts and performance targets.

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Why we collect it and how we use it

We use the information you send only to respond to your enquiry, to discuss and scope possible work with you, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for unrelated marketing.

How the form is processed

Form submissions are not stored in a website database. When you submit the form, the details are checked and sent as an email notification to hello@kratt.nz. They are then held in our business email system for as long as they are needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows.

Service providers

We use the following providers to run this website. They process information on our behalf:

• Cloudflare - website hosting and security, delivery of form notifications, andCloudflare Turnstile, which checks that form submissions come from a person rather than automated software. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser for this purpose only.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics - privacy-focused, aggregate traffic statistics such as page views and referrers. It does not use cookies or track individuals, and we never send form contents to it.
• Our business email provider - which stores the email notifications and our correspondence with you.

Some of these providers process data outside New Zealand. We choose providers that protect information in a way comparable to the Privacy Act 2020.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. The contact endpoint is protected against automated abuse, and access to our email systems is restricted.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. You can also ask us to delete information we no longer need. Email hello@kratt.nz and we will respond within the timeframes set by the Privacy Act 2020.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to theOffice of the Privacy Commissioner.
